How delivery pricing works.

Delivery isn’t one number. It’s the starting rate for your zone, plus what you’re delivering, plus what we need to do once we’re there. Here’s the formula we use.

Zone Starting Rate + Items + Services = Your Total*

Each starting rate includes delivery of your first 3 items, basic assembly, and debris removal. Each additional item is $25.

Item count and size

Beyond the first 3 items, each additional piece adds $25. Oversized or extra-heavy pieces (large sectionals, dining tables over 96″, king beds) may carry their own surcharge.

Access and stairs

Ground-floor delivery is included. Second-floor and above, narrow doorways, tight stairways, or hoist-required deliveries are additional. We confirm these before scheduling.

Assembly complexity

Basic assembly is included. Wall-mount installations, electrical components, complex modular sectionals, and built-in placements may require an additional service fee.

Service area location

ZIP codes within a zone may have small location-specific adjustments. Hard-to-access addresses (gated communities, weight-restricted roads, ferry-required) carry additional cost.

Time and scheduling

Standard weekday delivery is included. Specific time windows, weekend delivery, after-hours, and rush delivery requests are quoted separately.

Fuel and seasonal adjustments

Rates can be adjusted based on fuel costs and seasonal volume. We honor any quote we provide for 30 days from issue date.

To avoid surprises, we always recommend requesting an itemized quote for your specific order before completing checkout. Each zone's starting rate covers one delivery to your ground floor of up to 3 items, basic assembly, and debris removal. Anything beyond that, including additional items, second-floor placement, complex assembly, scheduled time windows, and similar services, is calculated as an add-on. The rate also assumes standard weekday delivery during business hours.

Our standard zone delivery includes white-glove service for the first 3 items: in-home placement, basic assembly, and debris removal. For larger orders, modular sectionals, or items requiring complex installation, such as wall-mount, electrical, or built-in work, we may quote additional white-glove services. We'll itemize these on your quote.

Before any charges. Whether you're shopping in our showroom or online, we confirm your itemized delivery cost with you before processing payment or scheduling delivery. If you've already started checkout and want to verify the delivery line item, call us and we'll walk through it with you.

In-stock floor models can ship within a week. Special orders typically take 8 to 16 weeks depending on the manufacturer and customization. Lead times are estimates only and can vary based on production schedules. We'll confirm timing as part of your order.

Yes, we arrange nationwide delivery through third-party carriers. Pricing depends on the item, destination, and carrier availability. Contact us for an accurate shipping quote before placing your order. Out-of-state orders, except California, are not eligible for return except in cases of carrier damage or manufacturer defect.

Contact our team as soon as possible. Most schedule changes are accommodated without fee if requested 48 hours before delivery. Address changes that move your order to a different delivery zone may adjust your delivery cost. Same-day reschedules carry a redelivery fee.

Inspect everything before signing the delivery receipt. If you find damage on inspection, note it on the receipt and notify us immediately. For concealed damage discovered after the truck leaves, you have 24 hours to contact us with photos. Full delivery and return policies are detailed in our Terms of Service.
