A workshop in Taranto, then the world.
Pasquale Natuzzi opened a small workshop in Taranto, Italy at age 19. By 1967 he was producing sofas at industrial scale. Today the company is headquartered in Santeramo in Colle in the Bari region of southern Italy, where it has operated since 1973.
Natuzzi listed on the New York Stock Exchange in 1993, the first Italian furniture company to do so. In 2008, Pasquale Natuzzi became the first non-American inducted into the American Furniture Hall of Fame. The Natuzzi Italia line represents the company’s premium Italian-made offering, with full leather and fabric customization.
